Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Mixtayp account and everything stored with it: your account details, stations, tapes, liked and hidden songs, the artists you listen to, your listening history and year-end recap, the tapes you've shared, your spoken intros, your artist profile, the tapes you started with friends (and your songs on theirs), and your notification settings.
In the app
Open Mixtayp, tap your picture at the top of the screen, then tap Delete account.

Sign in with the account you want to delete. We'll email you a link.

Email from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm within 7 days.
What happens
Your account, library and everything listed above are removed from our database right away and can't be recovered. The only thing that stays is the shared list of which YouTube video matches which song, which never says who added a match. Any copy on your own phone stays until you clear it in Settings or uninstall the app.
